The bathroom pods after final inspection, are packed, sealed from the environment and can be delivered safe and dry in poor weather conditions
LGS POD Methodology
The Pod Cages are manufactured typically from a C75mm Profile and a narrower wall frame for example C65mm however this narrow section restricts the installation of small bore waste plumbing, typically 50mm pipes, but is still specified to maximise net floor space area
It is recognised Internationally that this profile standardization provides more access for MEP Services and the driver behind specifying 75mm width C Channel Profile, this profile is very robust, logistically travels well, with the addition benefit of increased thermal & acoustic performance
