The SFS SP160 Framer specification has all the dedicated manufacturing operations for all your frames, trusses and floor joists. The frame profiles are produced from steel coil material ranging from 0.7mm to 1.6mm thickness (22 - 16gauge) ideally suited for both residential and commercial applications
SP160 Series Framer Features
The SP160 Series Framer has a very unique and important feature that to ensure code compliance that Engineers require, and this is frame true end load bearing stud vertical connections. Precisely formed profile swage and deep connection dimples to ensure flush connection screws/rivets with the profile flanges, resulting in the wall lining board sitting flush against the frames
Proximity electronic sensors monitor the Framer performance and operations to optimise speed and provide real time diagnostics by the Operator to monitor maintenance cycles for smooth production and reliability and if required on-line support for remote diagnostic access to our service & support team

Auto Gauge
Rolling Bay
The entire rolling bay sets of rollers are auto-gauging, when you change the steel thickness the rollers self-adjust to the new gauge, no manual re-setting of every roller by the Operator

ID & Branding
The Framer is fitted with a Mathews Inkjet System & single printhead for profile ID/numbering. An additional printhead is optional for dual printing to both sides of the profile flanges
