Initial CADesign Training by our Technician at your Premises
We provide comprehensive CADesign training at your premises for your CADesigners and Engineer as part of your Technology Package which includes your licensed SFS ProCAD Design & Detailing Software Program
The date for your CADesign Software training is agreed by mutual agreement, your CADesign team can be trained prior to the arrival of your Framer to your factory or typically when the Framer arrives as part of the technology commissioning & training
When your Framer commissioning is completed by our Technician and your CADesign Team is ready to hand your Framer Operator a production file on a USB stick, you will commence LGS Frame production of your first project
On-Line Support after your initial CADesign Software Training
Inclusive of your Framer Technology Package we provide 12 months of on-line support for your CADesign team using the SFS ProCAD Design & Detailing Software at no charge, any project design work required is quoted & is chargeable

We offer our Customers LGS CADesign Services
Should your CADesign Team become overloaded with LGS Structure/Framing Projects we offer backup support as a short to medium term solution.
Our Technician is a skilled LGS Framing CAD Designer, both in SFS ProCAD Design & Detailing and Vertex BD CAD Software, we will submit a quotation either on a day rate or fixed sum price on a project to project basis
You will receive a daily report for smaller projects and for more complex projects we submit a weekly report summarising progress against the estimated CADesign time.
Competitive On-line LGS Structure/Framing CADesign Service
As a valued Customer we offer preferential rates that you find very competitive as a short term solution. The service is typically arranged on-lime with the customer transferring their project .dxf file/s and our CADesigner works on your project communicating from his Office.

Technology Parts and Labour Warranty Support
Your 12 months of comprehensive warranty commences on the successful completion of your Framer commissioning and Operator training
Having completed the training of your Framer Operator on preventative maintenance and how to carry out basic servicing on the Framer including tasks such as changing "consumable" parts your Framer is covered under the SFS-International standard warranty
Under the SFS Warranty for 12 months we will be available on-line to resolve any issues to get your team and Framer back up and operational, if this is not possible we will travel to your factory and make good any problems.
Unfortunately it happens on occasions that when we visit to resolve the problem it is found that the Framer issues were caused by neglect and/or mis-use resulting in the Framer needing repairs, and as such will be chargeable to the customer, we provide a full report with estimates of parts & labour to the Customers management.
On-Line Warranty support & Technical Specialist
In the unlikely event of an issue while under warranty, we initially try to resolve the problem with your Framer Operator on-line, if not successful our European based Technician will travel to your premises to make your Framer operational
"After Warranty Support"
After your SFS 12month Warranty expires
When your 12month factory warranty ends we can continue to look after your Framer under a Service & Support Agreement
For this service our Customer we will quote a fixed travel cost and servicing day rate to attend to any out of warranty issues you may encounter. The Service & Support Agreement includes for on-line support for your Framer Operator and attendance at your factory to service/repair your Framer as requested by the Customer.
Preferential Rates to our Customers
We will quote you a very favourable rate as our Technology Customer either as a fixed sum for the work, an hourly or a day rate, whichever is the more flexible option for you. Progress reports given so you can track progress and control your budget
