FAST TRACK CONSTRUCTION
Because all of the LGS cold rolled steel is structural the design loads are distributed evenly and this reduced the perimeter line loads resulting in a flat slab foundation with cost savings and faster completion
Building the LGS Structure was completed in less than 6 weeks and accelerated the external finishing works and Joinery
The building works were constructed in less than 40% time when compared to conventional construction
LGS Methodology
The perimeter walls were clad with a composite material, weather proofing membrane and finished with a texture coat concrete render
Floors are lattice floor beams with a composite board material fixed to the joists, constructed of C89mm profiles
The roof level constructed in a similar way to the 1st floor and a waterproofing membrane applied with tiled finishes to the terraced outdoor area.

This project requires a SFS-SP160 C89 Framer (89mm profile) to manufacture the townhouse walls, floor joists or a SFS-SP160 C140 Framer (140mm profile) if thicker walls are required architecturally.
