FAST TRACK CONSTRUCTION
With a light weight LGS Structure a simplified raft slab foundation was possible, completing ready for LGS Framing in only 15 days, LGS Frames placed 5 days later
All Perimeter Wall LGS Frames installed in less than 2 weeks including the LGS warehouse columns
The roof trusses delivered by HIAB Truck, off-loaded, hoisted by the HIAB into position, a scissor lift to connect the Roof Trusses with brackets & Tex Screws, no site welding.
Composite concrete fibre board finish to the external facades and a light weight ribbed roof
LGS Methodology
The perimeter load bearing walls, office walls, showroom frames and roof trusses were all constructed with a LGS 140mm profile Z275 galvanised coating and combination of 1.2 - 1.6mm gauge medium tensile grade steel
All composite material floors supported by load bearing C140mm profile lattice beam joists
External LGS Structural Columns and cantilevered LGS eave frames, the galvanizing did not require post treatment and left exposed to the elements
